La Cuvée La Prometteuse 2019 est notre première cuvée de blanc qui sort en IGP Vaucluse pour cette année de vendange de 3ème feuille. C’est un assemblage de Grenache et de Viognier. Avec son joli nez floral, sa fraicheur aromatique et ses saveurs d’abricot, d’acacia et de violette sur fond de poivre blanc, c’est un vin d’une grande fraicheur pour vos apéritifs d’été et d’une bonne longueur en bouche.

Appareance

Straw yellow colour, pale, straw yellow highlights. Robe clair et pale, couleur paille.

Nose

Fine, light, slight acacia aromas, subtle yellow flowers aromas, slight violet aromas, slight fennel aromas, subtle white truffle aromas, slight apricot aromas, arômes de fruits jaunes, subtle aniseed aromas, arômes de poivre blanc, subtile cream aromas, arômes de pâte d'amande.

Palate

Fresh, delicate, buttery, slight acacia overtones, generous white flowers overtones, subtle violet overtones, fine tannin, silky tannin, sweet tannin, very smooth, mineral, light body, discreet intensity, good length.
