La Talentueuse se distingue par son grenache muri à l'extrême tout en gardant beaucoup de fraicheur, son bouquet de fruits riche allant de la mara des bois à la fêve de tonka avec une pointe de cacao. La Syrah vient juste jouer les trouble fêtes et signer sa présence par sa trame poivrée qui en font une cuvée bien épicée. La bouche est riche, ronde croquante gourmande et longue en final.

Appareance

Garnet red colour, intense, red highlights. Robe soutenue, belle couleur rouge vif et nuance de grenat.

Distinguished, fruity, slight florest floor aromas, subtle liquorice aromas, subtle blackburrant buds aromas, intense cooked fruit aromas, generous red fruit aromas, cocoa aromas, slight spice aromas, subtle liquorice aromas, slight vanilla aromas, subtle cocoa aromas, slight roast coffee aromas, slight mocha aromas, subtle oak aromas, subtle oak aromas. Nez bien ouvert sur des notes de fruits rouges murs sur un arrière plan d'épices et d'aromes vanillés. Impact discret de l'élevage en bois.

Palate

Bouche ample et fondue aux aromes de fruits rouges et d'épices. Des tanins soyeux, un très bel équilibre en bouche et une bonne persistance.
